Build android application and server side, which [login to view URL] take photo and video from HP and store it under spesific category and sub category and give comment for that photo and video [login to view URL] image and video can be selected from library and place that under spesific category, sub category and give comment too. 3. send photo and video that already save and selected under spesific category before to server where phone connect to server. 4. photo in png format [login to view URL] in mp4 6. photo and video need to be compressed when sending to limit the traffic. when upload to server, server store photo and video also data category and upload date also when the photo or video taken. [login to view URL] application update list category list from server [login to view URL] side is using PHP which can -- send data category,sub category. -- Recieve compress photo and video from mobile phone and uncompress them back to original format. for photo it is png file and for video it is .mp4 file also store in which category that photo and video taken also when it is taken using phone.
