Users enter their data (10 fields) via a basic webpage on a ipad on site at event. Data entry includes a photo four digit start number and end number for that user unique to that event only. The photo files are uploaded to a server via ftp by admin on site. The server automatically emails (editable template) (mobile ready) to the users with a unique url for them to download all at once or a selection of their photos, but only after they have been uploaded to a folder per specific event to the server via ftp by admin. Admin require secure login to a back office to see data and edit data in real time, and resend url emails if needed. Plus ability to create an event per event listing only the users who enter their data for that event, with a photo upload folder unique to that event. Please note photo file names will repeat, so photos must be kept per event. System must highlight an email bounce back. STMP server already in place. And a completely blank server with root access is available to be setup with the system and store the photos and data etc.
