ITE Automated Photo Delivery

Automated sending of emails with a unique url link specific to that user to a mobile friendly webpage for the user to download one or all images unique to that user. Users answer a form to register for collection of their photos via their email, using any one of 5 iPads at the event. Some users will have multiple entries using the same email to collect different photos at same event or at separate events on different dates. Users answer 10 questions via a basic webpage (iPad friendly) using any one of multiple ipads on site at event. Data entry includes (for photo collection) a four digit start number and end number unique to that user, but only unique to that event/form url. Events can have multiple forms due to limitations of Canon cameras file names using [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], as some events could exceed such numbers on a day, thus multiple forms/folders for the images must be created per event, but only as required by admin. Admin creates an event which creates one or multiple (if required later) unique url for a webpage form for users to answers at the event. Admin upload the photos to the relevant folder(s) unique to the event on the server via ftp. The server automatically emails (editable template / mobile friendly) to the users with a unique secure url for them to click to a unique page just for them to preview images, with ability to download individually or all photos. Email is sent automatically by the server only after detecting the correct photo numbers that were uploaded to the relevant folder connected to the relevant form used. Emails are triggered automatically once relevant photos for matching user are detected. Admin login to a secure back office, create events, see all data either per event or all events, edit any data in real time, resend url emails (to one or all users per event), see email status per user i.e. no images/images ready/email sent/email bounce/images downloaded via green/red icons per each status list. Admin create an event with single or if required later multiple forms/folders due to canon camera file name limitation. Each event created will display how many users have registered per event with each entry numbered in listing view. Admin must be able to see all user entry data by event, by date, or by all and numbered. Ability to see data fields in graphical form i.e. pie charts / percentages is required per event or by all events. STMP server already in place. And a completely blank server with root access is available to be setup with the system and store the photos and data etc.
