Audio conference communication module for Joomla

Audio conference communication module for Joomla website. It is not vital to be a joomla extension but whatever you find more suitable. Video is not need. I have a Joomla website and want to host a conference between A) Me (the admin) B) Client (one client) C) Cooperator (One cooperator). The admin would give access to the other two and will connect them in order to speak in real time (like skype) all three will speak together and the admin will have the opportunity to ban someone at any time. Moreover, it would be best to host a communication each time giving a unique link (URL) for all sides to enter the meeting. If there are also other features which can be used like meeting times that can be arranged and sent by email to both sides or speed recording will be appreciated. I need to know everything after the installation like how it is working and so on. Moreover you are open to propose further features and also chat with me for more specific specs. There must be an admin back-end to control all above. Thanks
