Add a Webinar page to Wordpress website (some custom coding required)

We have a website built using the Avada theme and want to add a page to share webinars. Page would be similar to this: [login to view URL] Projects details are below: 1. Webinar page has two sections: - Upcoming Webinars - Past Webinars 2. The sections would be displayed in tabs like the example: [login to view URL] 3. Upcoming Webinars: This section contains a list of webinar posts. - Each post lists: Title of the webinar, Subtitle, Category, date, time, and link to register. - Clicking the link to register will open a Gravity Form for registration similar to this one: - [login to view URL] - Fields on the form are: > name, email, company, zip code > Title of Webinar: text field. Add URL parameter from the previous link to auto-populate this field depending on which webinar they clicked - After completing the form display a thank you message: "Thanks for registering. We'll be in touch with more information and a link to join the webinar." 4. Past Webinars: This section also contains a list of webinars. Same info (Title of the webinar, Subtitle, Category, date, time). But instead of a link to register the link says "Watch Now" - Watch now link will: > Open a gravity form which the user must complete before being taken to the webinar page. > Form has fields: name, email, company and zip code > Once they complete the form they are taken to the webinar details page. Which will look similar to this: [login to view URL] > The webinar page should have these elements: Title, subtitle, description, category, the webinar (embedded Youtube video), a PPT file that can be downloaded > After completing the Gravity Form add a cookie so that the user will not have to fill out the form again when watching other past webinars (cookie life = 1 week) 5. 'Webinars' should be a custom post type. Create this by install the plugin: [login to view URL] 6. Install the plugin Advanced Custom Fields ([login to view URL]) and add these fields to the 'Webinars' custom post type - Fields to add: > Past or Upcoming: radio. Identifies post as a Past webinar or Upcoming webinar. This value determines which list it appears in on the webinar page (If you think this can be done better using categories, date or other field I'm open to other options). Once a webinar is over this value will be changed to 'past' > Webinar: Past the YouTube URL for embedding the video > ppt: file. upload a file and file name which the user can download from the webinar page. I will provide a development server with Wordpress admin access and FTP. Gravity Forms is already installed and I can install and pay for any other plugins you might need. Thanks
