Hi there! I'm a professional Software Develop, I made a PDF annotator a long time ago. So i know about the Algorithms and Libraries to work with for making that Software. But I can do only the Desktop Apps (Mac, Linux, Windows) but i can't make websites. If you need me to make a Desktop App, I'm your guy. Thanks Best. Maher
