Need to develop a process to send email stored in a table A (Queue table), via Amazon SES, and store them to TableB (Log Table), and be able to track: (Submitted - Delivered - Opened - Clicked - SoftBounce - Hard Bounce Complaints) the process will be technically 2 main functions # RunSendEmail() will be run using a cronJob, each minute, read 1000 Email (Or more), and send them using Amazon SES, keep in mind that there is a limit to send per second # CallBackFunction, called to track statistiques, and update logTable i will provide the 2 tables structure
