Replace RSS element. Change <description> to <url> element in XML RSS file.

I need to some how change a [login to view URL] rss feed to substitute <description> with <URL> element. Feed43 is a service that allows you to make any website an rss feed. I have already created an rss feed for my website so you don't have to worry about that. The issue is that [login to view URL] only allows you to have 3 rss elements: <title>,<link>,<description> I need to replace the <description> element with the <url> element in the rss feed. For example in the RSS XML file you will see something like this: <title>Hello World</title> <link>[login to view URL]</link> <description>[login to view URL]<p>_{<i>-- Delivered by <a href="[login to view URL]">Feed43</a> service</i>}</p> ]]></description> </item> Anywhere you see <description> change it to <url> Currently need this for a wordpress site. Should be a simple project. One method of doing this, is possibly importing the feed43 rss xml feed via chron jobs to the wordpress server. Then using a simple find and replace (with php?) to replace any where it says "<description>" to "<url>"
