I've been actively recruiting for my company for 2 years. I am Senior Software Engineer in LAMP stack and passion for technologies.
I work with one of the award winning VOIP company in Europe (Germany), As a Senior Software Engineer. My day to day tasks are Project Estimation,
Implementation, Research and actively interview people who want to join our company. Technology is my passion and I am keen to know people when
the process of hiring come into my responsibility, not just the general knowledge but what they want to do, what they are capable of - trainable, too content, easy to pick-up things on the way, self learners?
