We require the implementation of an application that would be able to send some data (location for example) to a server, after login and authentication via internet. If there is no internet we want the user to be able to send it via sms to a specified number. the main characteristics are: Application: -- Login and logout (auth via remote server) php and sql -- Send location via GPS or internet -- If location is not available it will send just the id of the user -- The data is send over the internet and saved into the sql database android, ios and phone app Server -- CMS that will read the data send -- Data update, read-edit-delete All GUI and architecture will be provided by us.
