Hire a Software Developer

This project has been designed to effectively connect the families and educators at our Child Care Centre's. The way I have designed this project is to have two elements, there will be a element designed for the educators and one designed for the parents & families. The software development side (educators) has been designed to allow for all portfolios to be digital. I would like to make the centre's more efficient by educators easily generating children's reports with the down, children will have their own profiles which will track the learning process & milestones, all document will be template such as incident reports, allergy reports (easily downloaded/ viewed) and checklists for educators (cleaning requirements, waste logs etc). The other element which would be to connect with the educators is the 'Parent App', which has be designed to allow for parents and families to EASILY connect with the educators. I would like to make this side of the project, user friendly and all documents easily accessible. I would like the communication to be easy, images/ videos sent directly to parents through the educators side with parents being able to reply with comments & direct messages (maybe a live chat feature), a section called milestones which will be able to praise the children's with medals when they reach achievements in the class rooms- possible to unlock educational apps, a community hub which would allow for local business to advertise and healthy recipes/ local supporting clubs, documents to be easily downloaded such as new excursion slip, rebate status a section showing the parents what rebates they are eligible for and how much is left for the remainder of the financial year. Both sides of the project must be accessed through a login in and password, the directors (admin) will be able to set up new families with the account. I would also need for the software to have 'unlimited data storage' for the educator side as this is where majority of the centre's data will be stored. If you can think of any other features or ways to make this project more user- friendly then please send any ideas this way. I would like for both sides of the project to look 'highly professional' with a simple design to allow for educators and families to easily navigate the site.
