Flickity v1 js slider or an alternative

I'm looking for someone that can solve the following: I have a usability issue that we can't figure out a workable solution to that 1) puts our alert icons in "category containers" that could contain n-number, 2) does it in a slider, 3) in a single row (not multiple rows) and 4) maintains responsiveness at lowest resolutions (smartphone). We've experimented different solutions but none have been desirable. Latest solution was ordering the alert icons by alert category type and naming each label individually. but it doesn't look great. Attached is a high res and low res example of what we're referring to. we use flickity v1 js slider to show icons. we need to add ability to group slides by icon type. Now 1 icon tile is located in one slide, so when you press next button 1 slide is moved. I can group icons and put 100 icon tile to ONE slide, and other 100 icons to SECOND slide. But in this case on small resolutions (smartphone) you will see only first 2 (or 3) icon tiles and when you click next button you will be shown SECOND slide. So you won't able to view 98 icons from FIRST slide.
