Custom Opencart PHP Code

We have an Opencart website here: [login to view URL] Currently we have three Opencart ‘Geo-zones’ setup, these are: ‘Europe’ ‘UK Remote Shipping’ ‘UK Mainland Shipping’ On the ‘Cart’ page we have some custom php code so if a customer is in the Geo-zone: ‘Europe’ OR ‘UK Remote Shipping’ then they have to have an order of £200 + Tax and if they have less and they click the checkout button then the cart will just refresh, we they meet the minimum of £200 + Tax then they can click checkout and the button will work. We need you to remove the Geo-zone ‘UK Remote Shipping’ from this code so the above only happens for customers in the ‘Europe’ Geo-zone. The custom code was done by another developer but we don’t know the files that were changed so you will need to find this to do the work, please only bid if you have a strong knowledge of Opencart and it’s file structure. It should only take a few minutes for an experienced developer once you know where the code is.
