Creating Amazon variation in electronics category

I need someone who has worked with Amazon listings before. If you have worked with parent/child relationship on Amazon and feel confident, please read further. I need to create variation in electronics category and I have tried using file templates provided by Amazon and they do not allow variations in electronics category. I have heard that can be done using XML file. If anyone know any other way or think they can do it, please reach out to me. Here are some examples of what I am looking for.
