Create another type of invoice in Magento 1.9

Hi, we are an italian company, we have developed a custom version of magento 1.9. We are working in India from 6 years, right now we want create a little community of indian company for develop in our version of magento. For start the relation, we can send a project. We need cloning the default invoice of magento 1.9 and create another module, the name of this is "Poforma". Flow: The user when has created the order can create invoice or can create proforma. If user has created proforma, then can create invoice, from the proforma If user has created directly invoice for all qty in the order can't create proforma for that order. if user in one order has created a partial invoice then can create a proforma with the qty available in that order that is not yet invoiced If this project is completed with success then we can assign the work for all year.
