i think it will be more convenient for me getting it buit using wordpress, so that i can easily hire someone with knowledge of wordpress to work on it and upgrade it. it needs to work identical to youtube and use buddypress for members, including with an adsense like plugin to interact with our custom video player, that can handle monetary split.
