Hello, Let me tell you a bit about myself: I'm a PHP/JavaScript programmer with a lot of experience in WordPress (see my portfolio for some examples). I looked at the design you provided for the SRJ consulting site; it looks fairly simple - I can create a WordPress theme for that in 3 days for $90.
