Convert WP template to MVC static website; 1 x Guru needed

1. The site to be developed in MVC framework - Laravel or cakephp 2. The functionality that need to be developed are a. Add Edit Delete categories from the admin dashboard. b. Add products under categories. c. Manage products. d. Manage Quotations. 3. Front end to display the products under various categories. 4. Customers select and add the products in 'Cart' 5. Clicking on the "Request Quote" button will display a form. 6. Customers fill the form and submit. 7. Admin receives the form via email as well as in his Admin Dashboard. 8. Admin views the form details in the admin dashboard. Is there any other feature we need to develop, apart from the above listed ? Approximate time to complete the project: 35 - 40 days.
