I need this Bulk emailer cut out, from PSD, into a flat HTML & Inline CSS (not in the header). [login to view URL] I only have $40us (R600zar) available for this project as it's a simple project. Ensure all inline css styling. All Copy on the design should be copy text, not images. all the other images should be plain images. I want to see the the HTML & CSS myself before releasing any milestones. ------------------------------------------------------------- QA & Testing: 1. I would like to inspect the HTML code myself before continuing with point number 2 below. 2. Test via a account on 'Campaign Monitor' (emailing platform) [login to view URL] 3. Milestones for payments will only be released if the milestones are met. CHANGES & REVERTS: You need to allow for reverts and changes until the end product is perfect. PAYMENT Terms: Payment will be made as 4 different milestones, where the last payment will be released after the mailer is tested by you, myself and the client and I'm satisfied that the emailer HTML works correctly for desktop.
