Build a Website

I need someone to design and develop hybrid mobile apps (android and ios). I have a working web (details given in spec). The all features available in public pages and customer pages has to be implemented in the mobile version. The UI and coding should be undertaken by the developer. I will be providing api's returning json format. Structure of api will be confirmed during development. I will also provider playstore and ios developer accounts. Project Flow: 1. UI design and /development and confirmation 2. API structure Confirmation 3. Coding 4. Implementation An abstract of the spec is attached, it will be refined as the discussion progress.
