I am an entrepreneur with sufficient funding. I have specific plans for this venture, but will not show the plans until an NDA is signed. The website to be built will have social media and e-commerce components. The site will allow users to login and post video, images text, etc. The admin (me) will need to be able to modify these posts. The site will enable each user to have money in their site account, which they can send to other users. The site must be built to accommodate huge numbers of visitors per day without slowing down or crashing. You will likely use MySQL or NoSQL, but that is to be determined. I will request a mobile and desktop version of the site.
