Buddypress membership based entirely on user profiles

I am looking to develop a buddypress business community that connects users to user profiles. The logic behind the system: * A user registers for free and their basic user profile is added to the website * Once logged in, the user adds an 'extended profile' to the 'basic' profile they just created where the 'extended profile' can only be seen by users who have upgraded to a paid membership. * Users who have not upgraded cannot see 'extended profiles' and cannot add a user as a contact or communicate in any way with user until after they have upgraded their membership. * Payments are to be handled by stripe. Additional modifications: * Member directory page must include all basic fields from user profile * Default buddypress search box to me removed from site * Custom search plugin is installed but must work on all browsers Here is what we are looking for: * Someone who is very familiar with buddypress and can tell us before the project begins if any additional plugins are necessary * Someone who is confident that they can make buddypress perform as above * Someone who will commit to doing the work first, without milestone, to paid only at the end. We will not deal with milestones - they do not work for us. Check our profile rating, we always take care of our freelancers.
