I would like to know if a program can be created as a live bidding system for properties. I'm currently using Powerpoint for the presentation and each property goes through its images. When the bidding starts via the auctioneer I would like to have each bid that gets called out to be visible in numbers on the top right hand corner of the presentation eg: $100,000, $110,000 etc.

I can easily write this Ito code for you, however it would probably be easier to incorporate this into an Excel file that has the details in a spreadsheet for the property (e.g. Reserve Price, image file location, etc). I can create a PowerPoint style display that would generate the image for each property and give you the ability to update the screen throughout the bidding process. Hello, I read over your project proposal and I'm a little confused. By what mechanism will bids be updated? Will someone be typing the current bid for it to display on the screen? Voice recognition? (that will probably not yield accurate results, especially if multiple people are speaking. Must the solution be integrated within PowerPoint or can it be a standalone application?
