Add code to existing software

Hello, This project piggy backs off of existing code for a SaaS application that manages health records. Each entry has their own profile with a combination of static information that is recorded during entry and additional data that is logged daily, weekly, etc. via simple drop down menus, radio button selections, etc. The last project was partially completed so you will need to pick up where the last person left off. Your ability to understand another developer's work will be imperative. The software is not very complex, but what you add will need to work with what exists already. I use Heroku on the server side with AWS for some image files. All code is recorded in GitHub. I do not have a test environment so you will need to have access to your own so that testing can be done outside of production. This project could present the opportunity for your continued help for light maintenance of the site on a monthly or quarterly basis paid hourly. To be considered for this project please: - provide evidence of your experience successfully picking up a project that you did not start - experience in the programming languages required - how effectively you can communicate with someone in the Easter US time zone (availability over email, Skype, etc. is a must) There is a range because I don't know how much of this work was actually completed. I'll need you to confirm and give an assessment of how much time completing the project will take. Attached is a small sample of what you will be working with.
