Paid on delivery
Sorry have to reactive due to complete time waster. Equipment is Splicecom maximiser ([login to view URL]) running linux and their own pbx software. They provide VXML for voicemail coding and we require some coding (see pdf call flow). The voicexml code is spawned when someone dials a specific DDI number. There will be multiple numbers to dial for different clients and therefore multiple concurrent call flows. I guess the voicexvml code would be installed into different subfolders and the called from an index file. We require a program which plays a welcome message, asks the caller to enter a reference number, The the system checks the number of digits (configurable) if the correct number it reads it back to them. If incorrect number of digits message asking to re-enter digits, (loop back to asking for number of digits). They then confirm the number by pressing 1 to continue or 2 to re-enter number. If looped for 3 times tell them to check the website or call number a configurable number. Then system hangs up. If 1 then asked to record message. Once recorded. play back message to caller. If happy press 1 to continue. 2 to re-record, if user hangs up. do not save recording. once 1 pressed. Message is stored with Orderrefnumber+todaysdate and [login to view URL] and Send wav file to client via FTP to number of separate ftp servers (Configurable) validating the delivery. Emailing client and Administrator if fails to FTP after 10 attempts over 30mins. Clients details know by the called line ID (i.e the customer called the number for ABC gifts therefore send wav file to ABC gifts ftp server). On successful ftp update counter file to show how many files have been sent to client I have enclosed a pdf flow diagram of the process required. The phone system utilises a set of the voicexml 1.0 standards. Any questions please ask. can split into to projects if necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
