Convert Photoshop Web Layout to HTML / CSS

I've developed a new web page design in Photoshop CS that I need spliced and transformed into a single functioning page using CSS for the HTML page layout. Please take a look at the attached JPG graphic. The winning bidder will be provided with the actual Photoshop PSD file to work from and the different CSS states for the hyperlinks and text. Note that in the attached image, all anti-aliased text will need to be converted into graphics, while non-anti-aliased text will be HTML-rendered using CSS. This is pretty straight forward, but please let me know if you have any questions. The completed project will be one HTML rendering of the PSD file and related CSS in an external file.
