SUBTITLE SYNCER and light, intermediate WP configuration - repost

Max bid: 250 USD. Minimum requirements: able to create one of the four screens. Ideal turnaround: 48 hours to 5 days. Deadline: 7 days. Create a custom module/'content type' for Wordpress. Much of the work has already been completed, I believe. There are four screens: 1) SUBMISSION FORM: front-end URI submission (this is already finished). 2) SUBMISSION PARSER (configuration): this parses the content into a color box, and into a custom content type. We need to make sure that everything is accessible from the front page, essentially. I have installed 'alphabetical pagination', to this end. There is also a search function, but 'alphabetical pagination' needs to work. 3) LINK LIST (parsed data): a list of URI's associated with the title. 4) VIEWING AREA (module; parsed data): create a subtitle syncer that takes the submitted subtitle file and plays it against the video (see design images). !IMPORTANT: THE DEVELOPER MUST DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS TO BE ACCEPTED FOR WORK: (a) Ability to parse URI's into colorboxes. (b) Ability to create a subtitle syncer. (c) Ability to parse wordpress content into tagged content. You may submit past work for screening. The first targetted respondent who demonstrates these skills will be strongly considered for work.
