Key Generator and Validation for a microsoft access project.

I have an Access Database that I need to require an activation code based on the PC it is running on as well as an installation key. I want the database to require a serial number and generate a system number based on? the PC and require a user to enter a validation number between them or else it closes with a message box. Second I need a small application to generate the serial number and the validation based on administrator input on the unique pc id.
