Custom PHP/Postgresql Web Application Development

I have a custom Sales Tracking application that I've been developing for a client and I need someone to finish it for me. I've developed a framework (not oo) of sorts for the application that works fairly well and you would have to follow suit in your development. The application is about 3/4 complete and most of the complicated pieces are built and working already - I just don't have time to complete the project. I think the rest of the project would take me about 4 weeks to complete, but I know the application and complicated business functionality already ... I think a safe estimate is 6-10 weeks for 1 or 2 good resources. It's a fun project and should lead to more work in the immediate future. The application itself is fairly complicated business-wise and it is proprietary so the client and I require NDAs be signed before I can give the details for the project. If you are an outstanding PHP/Postgresql coder and are very reliable and willing to give a fixed price for completion after you see the details of the project, then please give me a rough bid and references - we can discuss project details, pricing and schedule. I will be available to help manage the development as needed. Thank you for your interest! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP 4.3.x Postgresql 8.0 Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (there is some custom VML functionality that requires Internet Explorer - this is fine with the customer) code should be able to run on Linux or Windows (it currently does) you must follow suit with the framework designed for this application so it is coherent and easier to maintain in the future - the framework is sort of MVC and the data access layer is very simple and clean - lots of helper functions to make things uniform and somewhat simple.
