Adding Pages as per Site Specifications and/or Wireframe, modify if necessary Adding Modules as per Site Specifications and/or Wireframe, modify if necessary Change Page Width, Change Columns Width Add a left column (New) Change/Modify for different niches (Real Estate Attributes plugin, Product Attributes plugin) PHP and CSS Coding (always with comments!) Graphic Design as per Wireframe (Special attention to Page Speed and Compatibility (Multibrowser - Responsive) Seamless Google Ad integration with Random Thumbs (New) List View (Site Feature) Grid View (Child Theme) Map View (New) Add Pagination where requiered Advanced Search Configuration Installation/Configuration Plugins + Widgets, modify if necessary WPMU Domain Mapping and Subdomains (Landing Pages) Breadcrump on all pages (special attention to Property Type + Transaction Type + Region) Modify Sorter to text Counter [login to view URL] configuration for Feeds on external websites and/or internal landing pages MySQL DB configuration if necessary Daily Backup Daily contact Special attention to SEO and SEF Special attention to Bugs and Viruses Special attention to Spam Correction Rounds Bug fixing Guarantee on work Contractor represents and warrants to Client that it has the experience and ability to perform the services as per Site Specs and Wireframes and that it will perform said services in a professional, competent and timely manner. The Developer warrants that operation of the Site will be uninterrupted and free of errors, viruses and material defects and that the Site will perform in accordance with the Site Specification and/or Site Wire Frames. The Developer shall perform the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with generally recognised commercial practices and standards. The Contractor agrees to deliver all functionality specified in the Site Specifications and/or Wire Frames for a Total Cost not to exceed the agreed price.
