Word Press Themes

Looking to have up to 10 different WordPress themes designed and fully coded. I am looking to have them 1. xhtml 1.0 compliant 2. css compliant 3. widget ready 4. fully coded and packaged ready to install as a wordpress theme designs must be "web 2.0" sharp, easy to navigate, nice colors and so forth. I have attached 2 examples of what im looking for. I am looking to pay $50-$75 per design and if im satisfied with your work I plan on buying at least 10 a month A portfolio is a must so please be sure to include that in your bid
