REVISED: GayTies.com website improvments(repost)

This is a gay men's adult site. These are 3 minor home page changes on gayties.com. This is a dating script, open source, php, css common website manufactured by VLDpersonals. In addition, I am looking for someone who will work on my website on an as needed bases, from time to time. Improvements: 1. Replace RSS feed on home page with a different one. I will give you links to 4 others to see which one works best. You'll need to format the story size and quantity, etc. to fit in that same space; the current RSS feed is dead. Make sure that the feed can be adjusted/formatted to give me about the same text as what gayties now shows. That is 6 stories, each with a title about 4 lines of text each. We can tweak this if necessary. Also, block out any photos or graphics, as well as any text that is not title and story. Start with the first one listed. I have feed burner installed already. (RSS feed shows in templates/modern/[login to view URL] ) 2. I want to enable 'cache_time' parameter for various extensions to prevent repeated calls to the database. For example on my homepage I have 'featured members', 'todays birthdays', 'random recent logins' and 'news'. That's 4 database queries that could be avoided by adding that parameter to extension called in my homepage template file. Anything else that you'd recommend for 'cashe_time'? Such as "GayTies News Today, Friday Oct. 28, 2011" This work should be very quick and simple to anyone with basic knowledge open source PHP and CSS websites.
