I am looking for a developer to take on the job of building me a customized Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager software, Website, and Lead Capture solution. This will be based on various existing programs and will be a chance for a developer to possibly create a long term relationship with owners to continue to grow the product. The site will take IDX date (parsed text file) and have to load this data into the site a few times a day automatically, updating the database of properties. Along with this it will need to have a very good set of lead capture tools as well as other features for the user. Resulting listings will need to be indexable from search engines, who will see each listing as its own page. Below you will find a preliminary list of features, some will be tweaked, however, this will be a full front end and back end solution that needs to work well for both clients on the front end as well as admins on the back end.
