Hello, I need you to make a newsletter system where a user can create a newsletter and send it to a list of emails and get some statistycs about those emails (delivered emails, rebounded emails, etc.) To explain better, I need the same functionalities of this site fidelizador(dot)com Translation: [login to view URL] I need the whole thing, the design and the implementation, including user panel, administrator panel. etc. The graphic design could be very simple. Use of Codeigniter PHP Framework is desirable. My budget is not high, but if this goes well, I will have a lot more jobs to assign. I think most developers could have made a system like this before so they can re-use the code and customize it to my needs. The system must be in spanish. doesn't matter if the spanish is not perfect, I can fix it later. all the texts must be in a language file (to changed them) Please ask me all the questions you may have.
