I urgently need a programmer good in flash to update new PDS on current website. The PSD of the site is already ready with all layers. Just need a developer to code it and do the necessary, export it into HTML and upload the html files to the website, is that simple. Please bid if you can start now all the hard job has been taking away. Please note this is a budget project, and most of the work has been done, I just need someone to complete it.
