Need high quality coded PHProxy designs- Movie themed, etc

I need one person who can make and code PHProxy designs. They will mostly be movie themed and must be sleek and professional looking. I will need between 10 and 15 of them. I need them done fairly quickly so I will only choose one person to do all of them. I will give you a list of what I want and I would like to each of the templates as an image before you code them. I will tell you what I want changed then you can code them so they are exactly what I want.
