Magento custom CSV export

I'm looking for somebody who can implement a feature for me into my magento store. My postage company uses a CSV to import addresses. Here is what will need to be done: - I need to be able to select which orders to be exported - I need to be able to then click a button to export to CSV - Order data such as name, address etc needs to be exported into the respective columns in the CSV - The values of some fields will vary depending on the order weight and postage type. I would like this to be implemented ASAP. Please only apply if you know exactly how to complete this task. Please review the two attached files before applying. One is the CSV template file, and the other is what is required to go into the columns. Could you also please answer the following questions in your applications.
