Landing Page Builder site with Ads

The Site should display landing page with ads around it. The ads are also just small landing pages The controller or database portion of the site should be able to do the following Design landing pages using templates and add new templates. Design new ads using standard size by selecting from layout template. Set up new members and give them access to portion of the site to build pages and ads. Ads and landing pages when designed will both have demographics and category Match ads with landing page using demographics or custom pick. Ads selected for one landing page would not be the same for the next. Ads should also have random rotation display option. Customer will make payment for services at Paypal like vendor. Should be able to pull all reports stats, clicks, time on page, page on. Should be able to collect and store all email addresses collected from landing pages. Should have email system that can send email message to all members at once. Should have message system. HOW SITE SHOULD WORK Members can go to the site and use the site tools to design landing pages, and they can select the ads that will display with there landing page, and how the ads will rotate, layout, or relate, when there done there landing page with ads selected will be named by the member, members will not have access to all of the controls that will be for admin only. Admin will have all of the same abilities to design landing pages and ads and remember ads are just small landing pages, and admin can also approve member ship, send bills but billing should also have a automatic option, member ship with be 30 days free and 20.00 per year after free test period, It should be simple to add more templates, not only for landing pages and ads but for the total page layout. Should be simple to add more criteria to demographics, and billing changes, etc. Options available to members should be able to turn off or on with button or drop down menu etc. This site could end up holding thousands of pages and it should have a back-up site that is updating all the time and it should also back-up to a online beck-up service. After you build the site you will agree to show us how to operate the site after we confirm it is working properly we will give you full payment and you will give us the password. You also agree to train us for 14 days or 75 emails which ever is longer and you agree to fix any problems that are your fault for a period of 90 days. We will talk about the maintenance and maintenance fees later that will not be a problem I want the site builder to do the maintenance.
