Looking to develop a help desk portal that uses all the same input from our Kaseya ticketing system into a pretty webpage for end users.
The deal is - kaseya has fantastic helpdesk system and reporting but it is UGLY as sin and not very user friendly. What i want to do is be able to have the end users be able to come to the portal, create a ticket and be able to view the ticket/edit some parts of the ticket. The API service is called VSA API Web Service - there is free information all about it thru the internet.
i DO NOT have the service desk module for kaseya - ONLY ticketing.
