Product Sales Page

I need a sales page done for an affiliate I am promoting. It needs to be eye catching, direct to the point, and you NEED to know how to be a sales person. I dont care how long it is - if you can sell this product in 3 paragraphs and can make it work - GREAT. If you think there needs to be this long thing going on - GREAT get it done. Will need to put BUY now button in high conversion areas. I have NO pictures - you must supply I have NO content/text - you must supply I have a opt in form from mailchimp that needs to be integrated as well for a free ebook that will be included. Dont want to spend anymore then 60 dollars.
