Joomla 1.5 Template Redesign, Modification & Customization

Hello freelancers! I've a lot of projects coming in and this will be the first posted. I'll try to be as detail as possible with some references. + Main tasks: 1. To redesign a currently modified JA Topaz template Joomla 1.5 site to new design requirements. 2. To reuse the current components/extensions and customize it to fit the needs of the new template design. 3. To modify the positions of the current content and navigation to fit the new template design after installation. + Template design requirements: 1. The new colour scheme and design should compliment the company logo, portray the image of a dynamic international organization and suitable to the business industry of the company which is valve manufacturing. 2. The new template can be created from scratch or redesigned/modified from JA Topaz template from [login to view URL] and it will be provided if required. 3. A search field should be on top-right and similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in the same row with the company logo on the top-left. 4. A dropdown-on-mouseover text based navigation(5-menu) similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] should be below the search field but still in the same row with the company logo. 5. A full-width image slider as the main highlight with semi-transparent text-based caption similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and will be directed to the respective page when clicked. 6. A newsflash similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and should be after the image slider. 7. A newsletter subscription field similar to the search field should be in the same row and on the right to the newsflash. 8. A row of 3 areas of text-based with image content sneak peak similar to [login to view URL] should be after the newsflash and another row of 3 areas of text-based only similar to [login to view URL] in another row and all will be directed to the respective page when clicked. 9. A functional footer of sitemap or possibly other things similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] should be at the bottom. 10. The above are for the homepage template only. For subpages template, just remove image slider, newsflash, newsletter subscription, and sneak peak areas and replace it as the content area. + My reference: 1. Corporate web designs [login to view URL] 6. Industrial/manufacturing templates [login to view URL] + Note: 1. Currently the website has already been using most of the components/extensions mentioned above but in a different look and feel. 2. I will provide the website URL via PM and the currently used components/extensions if needed. 3. Content creation with anything involving components and extensions should be manageable within Joomla. 4. Do propose a better layout/components/extensions within the requirements above if there's a need to do so. 5. Components/extensions and anything needed for this project should be from any free resources. 6. I may need to see a simple layout and colour scheme mockups before awarding anyone.
