Hello. I'm looking to build Instagram Exchanger. Instagram Exchanger in my sight is a website that every users that used his Instagram account to sign up to the site, will get 100 credits. The credits allows the user to get likes and followers. When the user has credits, he gets views and "pays" 3 credits for gaining a new follower, 1 credit for getting new like on his photo. When he gives 3 likes on photos, he gains 1 credit. When he follows, he gains 1 credit too. The user can also buy a "featured" place that will show randomally featured users for 100 credits. This will last 2 days. So far, that requires a good experience with the Instagram API. The users can buy credits via PayPal. That requires working with PayPal express checkout. ** Please do not PM me - just write your offer on this page. I'm willing to pay another little bonus for a really good work. This has to work with PHP & MySQL. Design does not that matter right now. I need that immediatly, if you can give me an offer with deadline within 7 days, it's 50% yours. and still, the work has to be very good! :-) Thank you! :-)
