Geotheme customisation

Hi. I was hoping if you can help me. As I really dont have much of a background in making a website. I wanted the site that its easy for me to administer as well as for subscribers to easily navigate and use... I a plan to purchase geotheme and am looking for someone who can customised the site for me. I would like to make an online directory website, where I charge subscribers a minimal fee for subscribing to the site and by doing so, they will be able to place their company info and location in the site. The way i see it, there is not much customising to do, i just needed to place my logo, and some features in the front page, such as news feed reel of the country,currency conversion rates,weather updates and a calendar... I also would like to be able to add paid advertisements in each page... I would like to discuss in more details on how the website should look etc... I really hope you can assist me in this matter... I havent yet purchased a domain or a hosting site, as i am still looking for people who may assist me in this matter of customization, as they may have certain hosting requirements and specification...
