Fwrite my database to a static page - repost

[login to view URL] is fifty tables each table is named by state example ct,ny,ca(i will need to put in the state so this can be a variable you only have to create one script) 2. each table has a column with following names id number firstname lastname homenumber street city state zipcode what i need is to select distinct city from each table and display a static page for each state with a list of cities then i need is to select all from the table and display a page with paging when a user clicks on the city that will have a list arranged by last name and include first name and street with 10 results per page kinda like a phonebook. 3. the name will be bold and a link to a url that will be selected from the database using id i will explain this to you better one you are selected. 4. This script will use fwrite to create the pages. if you have any questions just ask there might be some stuff i forgot to include. Need this done with 2 hours.
