Classified Site

Basically we are looking for a bunch of different catagories that can be controlled in the admin area. We would like people to sign up for a free account and make their postings, edit their account, edit their postings, search and more. We would also like a full admin area where we can control everything from the background. Also an program that stops bad words from getting in the posting. Again we have seen some nice sripts out there, but let us know what you think would be easier for you to work with. We also need an estimnated cost and estimated time frame to complete. We don't want or need a flashy site. We are looking for a plain site, easy to navigate PM me your last Project on it.
