SIMPLE Site & Programming

****READ BEFORE BIDDING**** See attached image "[login to view URL]" I need a similar site, but instead of the user calling to update the facebook status, he would have a page with the kind of background you see in the "[login to view URL]" and that button on the center of the page, clicks, makes an effect similar to "siri" from apple, and the voice is recorded, then can be shared and played on the facebook. I have a budget of $80 for this, not more, as I have paid the same in the past for a similar service. Please don't bid if you are not sure if you can make this perfectly. Bid ONLY within my budget.
