PHP/MySQL Manual Traffic Exchange Development

I am looking to create a software script package that includes webserver installation. The script package I want to create is for a manual traffic exchange. It must be customizable and offer template pages to change graphics and certain text areas; but, it mus be secure enough to prevent hacking and stealing of the code. An example of this script would be the Ventrino script available for free download and review. ## Deliverables Any worker familiar with traffic exchanges should be able to complete this project. I've given the example of a Ventrino scripted traffic exchange because it offers the UI I'm interested in seeing. I attached a copy of the finished Ventrino script if a visual example is required.
