Multi Level Marketing system/plug in for microjob site - www.jobsrr.com

I have a microjob site, [login to view URL] My plan is very simple, implement a MLM software or plug in into the current wordpress. The software/plug in should contain the following.. 1> Multi level commission for referral from tier 1 up to my settings. 2> Each level members get different level commissions. EG: Level 1 member (silver plan) can get commission from direct members that he/she refer, for level 2 can earn up to 2nd tier member. 3> Since my site is micro job site, each $5 is consider 1 points, and each points is calculated based on the member level. Eg: Level 1 earn 0.20 cent per 1 points. Level 2 earn 0.20 cent for 1st direct refer and earns 0.15 for 2nd level refer. 4> The plug in or software should be view able within wordpress if possible. Reports and calculation all include. 5> A document on how to use and brief exxplaination on the software. Thks
