Hello,
We're looking for a tech support professional to answer our customer's tech support questions on our Macintosh-based synchronization software via our web chat software. **_You can chat with these customers from your home or office; you do not need to come into an office or answer a phone._**
This is an extended (6 months-1 year) contract. We will need you to first get very well aquainted with our line of products (Mac-based software to connect all types of devices & PDAs) and we will pay for this learning period.
Please have extensive Macintosh experience and experience in dealing with tech support or customer issues.
After you get well-versed in the program, we'd like to give customers tech support on our web-based chat program that allows you to talk real-time with our customers.
Most of our customers are based in the US so the hours would probably be 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time? weekdays (but we can be flexible)? that we would need you available.
At the end of each month, we will release 1/6? or 1/12 of the funds to pay you.
