Two Shadows - Movie Website

I need a wordpress website for an independent film. I will provide access to my hosting service which supports wordpress blogs. Please see this mockup: [[login to view URL]<wbr />img/[login to view URL]][1] The image to the left, title at the top, menu on the right, and links at the bottom should remain constant as users browse various sections of the site. The news page should use wordpress's blogging/posting engine, while all other pages should be editable wordpress pages. It is imperative that I will be able to update and edit all areas of the site once design is complete. The trailer page will contain a video, which should be playable in both flash and html5 browsers. Html5 enabled browsers should play the video using html5 tags automatically. Worker is responsible for transcoding the quicktime video into the proper html5 and flash formats. The mailing list button will allow a use to enter and transmit information to a specified email address. I will provide all artwork, images and text. Worker will not be responsible for any graphic design beyond basic layout and arrangement of provided images.
